Martin Evening has posted a real nice tutorial on Image Stacks in Photoshop CS3 Extended. It’s definitely a technique all of us video guys could use to make background image plates from video. I first saw the technique from John Nack  at PhotoshopWorld Boston, but Martin  expands on the topic nicely.
